For Venture Isles, patent marketing is a systematic approach to maximizing the number of  buyers and increasing the perception of quality of the IP.  The result is a higher sales price or royalty stream for our client, the seller.  Quality is both the legal validity and coverage of the innovation by patent claims and the impact of the innovation on future profits of the buyer.  Understanding current perceptions of the target audience is the first step advocated by Venture Isles.  All subsequent messaging and message delivery tactics are based on this starting point, so getting it right is critical.

Influencing the known and unknowable people who will be evaluating the IP being offered is the challenge for the IP marketer.  This all happens before the first sales call to a logically-qualified buyer.  Venture Isles is media agnostic--we use what delivers for the case at hand.  Earned media, social networking, personal networking and paid advertising in multiple targeted media are orchestrated by Venture Isles to change the perceptions of potential buy decision-makers.
