Venture Isles' office (left) is across the street from the  Walker Art Center.  It's new building (right) was designed by the Swiss architectural team of Jacques Herzog and Pierre De Meuron. It was inspired by the image of an unfolding paper snowflake.  People of our city are familiar with snowflakes.

We are also in walking distance of the Minneapolis Convention Center, Sculpture Garden, Loring Park, and downtown.  The closest hotel is the Hyatt Regency .

510 Groveland was built in 1927 as a residence hotel.  It is the home of Venture Isles and the James Beard award-winning restaurant La Belle Vie.
