When the scope of the project and the situation is fluid, then a time and materials basis often makes sense.  Call for our current daily rate.  A modest retainer helps us keep our costs down for our clients.

When the situation and work to be done is well understood, then a project fee may make sense.  Call to discuss the scope of work or send a request for proposal.  A retainer for part of the project fee helps us keep our costs down which benefits all our clients.

Some assignments start on a daily rate and evolve into a project fee as the situation and facts become better known.  We will work with you to find a compensation structure that works for both parties.
